We always strive to provide product descriptions and specifications as accurately as possible. However it does not guarantee that all description or specifications contained in our website are 100% accurate, complete, current or error free. If you have any doubts before buying you can contact our sales staff to confirm the specification firstly or If you have already bought and paid and the product is up to you not in accordance with the description and product specification then you can return it to us in the state yet used and still sealed.
The purchased product is not refundable for example due to wrong size, wrong type of goods model, wrong color etc, unless there is damage of product from factory / already have agreement with us first. So buyers are expected to study product specifications accurately and consult with our sales, in order to avoid the error of specification as we mentioned earlier. Return and Exchanges
If a return is needed, Tribeka Store will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) Number. This number is valid for (15) days from the date of issue, and is required to process any returns. A returned item sent to Tribeka Store without a visible or valid RMA Number is subject to refusal by Tribeka Store. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item and ensuring the product is properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. Please be aware that there is a 15% restocking fee for all returns and the shipping must be prepaid by the customer.
Once a returned product is received, Tribeka Store will, upon condition, replace the product or part without charge, not including ground service freight. The replacement product or part may be new or refurbished to the Tribeka Store standard of quality, and is subject to stock availability. Tribeka Store’s liability for replacement of the covered product will not exceed the original retail selling price of the covered product. Exchange products and parts assume the remaining warranty period of the original product covered by this limited warranty. Return Merchandise Should be with in complete box packaging and full accessories to get a new exchange (without Complete box packaging and accessories a new exchange can not be done)
We try our best to pay attention to the availability of stock products that we promote, but there are some products that must be ordered in advance because it must be based on order.
Buyers who want to order goods on "Indent" are required to provide an advance of 50% of the price of the product, repayment can be made at the time of delivery of the product.
